A proper mission statement is necessary to direct New Life Radio toward its ultimate objectives. It should also be relevant to the times and represent the felt needs that make New Life Radio Ministries important in longevity. With these thoughts in mind and using II Corinthians 4:5 as a foundation, the following is our mission statement:
Reaching People For Christ Through Radio:
- Edification of believers
- Exaltation of Christ through music and programs
- Evangelism
The foundation verse for New Life Radio is found in II Corinthians 4:5 - "For we preach not ourselves, but Christ as Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake."
New Life Radio Ministries offers a message of unity to the Body of Christ and puts the message of Jesus Christ into the marketplace of ideas.
The New Life Radio Network Office is located at Lake Williamson Christian Center, 3 miles south of Carlinville on State Route 4.
The Illinois Bible Institute, educational corporation of the Illinois District Council of the Assemblies of God, is dedicated to offering Christian Radio throughout the state. Our goal is to assist the local church in practical instruction and inspiration of believers, in providing a positive source of encouragement to family development, and in outreach to the unsaved in the listening area.
