Ministry Connection Network

What People Are Saying About i-Connect (click here)

I am excited that you are exploring i-connect Illinois Ministry Connection Network. In our first year, we have seen many of our ministers and families take steps to pursue stronger connections with one another through team networks.

Barry SinkMany of us have experienced both ends of the spectrum in ministry, ranging from isolation to the benefit of a few significant relationships. Often the "urgent" has left us living more in the former, rather than the latter. In a recent article, Rick Warren states in a survey that 70% of all ministers to not have a significant relationship with another minister. Similarly, nearly 70% of all credentialed ministers either do not end up in a ministry position or they become a casualty of ministry sometime in their ministry journey.

Our vision is for  every miniter and family to have a network of relationships that offers support, renewal, and grace on a personal and ministry level.

My commitment is to support you in the connecting process. If there is anything that I can do to support you personally or in regard to your ministry, please know that I am here to serve you.

Check the i-Connect website for additional information throughout the year for articles, updates, and new groups that are forming throughout the state.

If you have any questions or would like to sign up for a connection group, please email me at bsink@idcag.org, visit http://iconnect.idcag.org or call the District Office at 217.854.4600, Ext. 4111.
