Barry Sink will serve as Team Director of i-Connect Ministry Connection Network. Barry joins the District staff following 19 years of church and para-church ministry. He started his ministry with Teen Challenge, going on to serve at First Assembly of God in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, for nine years as their Small Group pastor. The Sinks relocated to Naperville, Illinois, in 2001 to give leadership to Assimilation and Media at Calvary Church. Barry does church-based consulting, leadership training, spiritual gift seminars, and Small Group training and retreats. He is licensed with Natural Church Development, Turning Point Ministries, and has developed several ministry mobilization seminars.

Barry and and his wife, Lydia, have been married for 19 years and reside in Naperville, IL. Lydia is a licensed counselor and a Life Coach.
