Gary Blanchard was elected Assistant Superintendent and Executive Secretary of the Illinois District Council of the Assemblies of God on October 22, 2002. Reverend Blanchard oversees the credentialing process for the District's 875 ministers and 300 churches. He also provides leadership to the District's church planting efforts and assists Home Missions and District-supervised churches in becoming self-governing and self-supporting. He is Chairman of the Teen Challenge Illinois Board of Directors and serves on the board of Global University in Springfield, MO.
He has pastored churches in St. Charles, IL, and Marlton, New Jersey. While serving as a bi-vocational pastor, Reverend Blanchard spent 30 years in the financial services industry. He holds an undergraduate degree from St. Michael's College, Colchester, Vermont and did graduate work in Church Leadership at Olivet Nazarene College, Kankakee, Illinois.
He and his wife, Anne, reside in Carlinville, Illinois; they have three married children, a son and two daughters, and seven grandchildren.

Berryhill Bio
Ray Berryhill has served as General Presbyter of the Illinois District Council since 2005. He has held numerous national, state, section, and Chicago positions of leadership in the Assemblies of God.
Since 1992, he has pastored Evangel World Outreach Center in Chicago, a multicultural body of believers representing over 40 nationalities. Its ministries include a daycare and elementary school, School of Ministry, and Radio Outreach Ministry.
He and his wife, Adrienne, reside in Des Plaines and are parents of seven children and five grandchildren.

Heitman Bio
Ron Heitman was elected Executive Presbyter of the Chicago Section by the 2008 District Council
Ron Heitman has served as lead pastor at Evangel AG in Hanover Park since August 2004. He was youth pastor at the church prior to serving the Illinois District as District Youth Director from 1992-2004. He is a graduate of Central Bible College.
He has served on the National Advisory Committee for the National Youth Department as well as chairman of the National Camp and Convention Summit, and presently serves on the General Superintendent’s Cabinet.
He and his wife, Tamra, reside in Bartlett with their two daughters.

Massey Bio
Mike Massey has served as Presbyter for the North Central Section since 2000. Prior to that, he was Presbyter for the Northwest Section from 1993-2000. He was elected Executive Presbyter of the North Region by the 2008 District Council.
He has pastored churches in Dixon and Mascoutah, and has served as pastor of Glad Tidings Assembly of God in DeKalb since January 1990. He is a graduate of Central Bible College.
He and his wife, Sherry, reside in DeKalb and have two adult children and two grandchildren.

Nevitt Bio
B. G. Nevitt was chosen Executive Presbyter of the Central Region during District Council 2008. He has served as Presbyter of the Eastern Section since 2006 and as Executive Presbyter of the Illinois District Council since May 2007.
He is pastor of Glad Tidings Assembly of God in Decatur, IL. beginning assignment there in 1991. From 1985 to 1991, he served as pastor of Living Waters Assembly of God in Grayslake, IL.
He and his wife, Brenda, reside in Decatur and are parents of two daughters, Amy and Melissa.

Schneider Bio
Phil Schneider has served as Presbyter of the Metro North Section since 2000. He was elected Executive Presbyter of the South Region by the 2008 District Council.
Phil Schneider has served as pastor of Cornerstone Assembly of God in Bethalto since 2002, when the church was formed by a merge between First AG in Cottage Hills and Gateway Worship Center in Bethalto. He was pastor of Bethalto First AG from 1991 until the merger. He has served the Illinois District since 1980, working in churches in East Peoria, Litchfield, and Bethalto, as well as Illinois youth camps. He is past president and a current member of the St. Louis Metro Harvest Evangelism Committee.
He and his wife, Renee, reside in Cottage Hills and have five adult children.
