Paul Goss, pastor of First AG in Olney, submitted the winning entry for a $25 gift card for July 2012. He recommended a website called Worship Training that offers over 40 online courses for worship leaders, instrumentalists, and vocalists at very affordable prices.
"This website will benefit all church sizes, whether they have paid, volunteer, or no staff members," says Pastor Goss. "It is a great resource for every aspect of the worship team, from leading worship, to back up singers, playing an instrument, worship songwriting, etc. The site hosts a healthy media library with downloadable video and or audio trainings that include live worship conferences and one-on-one instruction from well known artists. We recently hosted a video training session for our guitar players and they loved it. The library includes team building techniques, devotionals, copyrights, mentoring, theology of worship, rehearsal instructions, arranging for bands, audio/visual instruction, and many more! They also have live/online audio training in which members attend from all over the world! It's a great site. This is not even half of what is available. Check it out!"
Paul selected a gift card from Red Lobster for his winning entry.
