Ministry Position

First Assembly of God in Normal, IL is looking for a Lead Pastor who will faithfully lead our 650 attendance, multi-site, multi-language church with vision, integrity, and a heart for people. The Lead Pastor will provide spiritual leadership, preach and teach God’s word, shepherd the congregation, lead and equip staff and volunteer leaders, and work closely with church leadership to further the church’s mission of worship, discipleship, outreach, and spiritual growth.
