Ministry Position
Campus Pastor
New Life Covenant Church is seeking a passionate, and relational Campus Pastor to provide
spiritual, strategic, and operational leadership for one of our campuses. This individual will
champion the mission and values of New Life Covenant by preaching and teaching God’s Word,
developing leaders, caring for people, engaging the local community, and leading staff and
volunteer teams toward healthy ministry growth.
The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a heart for discipleship, strong communication skills,
experience building and leading teams, and a commitment to pastoral care. They will work
closely with the Senior Pastor and central leadership to advance the church’s vision while
creating a welcoming, thriving, and impactful campus ministry.
Qualifications:
● A growing and vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ.
● Agreement with the church’s statement of faith and core values.
● Proven ministry leadership experience (2–4 years minimum preferred).
● Strong preaching, teaching, and leadership abilities.
● Experience developing volunteers and ministry leaders.
● Bachelor’s degree in ministry or related field preferred; Assemblies of God
credentials preferred.
