Renewal Closes: December 31st
STEP ONE
Ensure all Illinois District dues/tithes are paid prior to submitting your renewal
- Dues for ministers not having ministry income: Ordained $300, Licensed $240, Certified $120
- Ministers with ministry income will pay tithe from all ministry income to the District in place of dues.
Pay District dues online at https://www.shelbygiving.com/App/Giving/idcag or pay via check to the Illinois District office.
STEP TWO
Step 2: Ensure all General Council dues are paid
- General Council Dues: Ordained $300, Licensed $240, Certified $120
- Ministers will be prompted to pay any outstanding General Council dues online after logging into the credential renewal portal. Online credential renewals cannot be submitted until dues have been paid.
Pay General Council dues online at https://giving.ag.org/donate/minister-fees or pay via check to the AG National Office.
STEP THREE
Step 3: Complete your credential renewal
- Use the button below to navigate to the Credential Renewal site
- Click “Renew Online” and sign in with your AG account
- Begin the renewal and track your progress using the status bar at the top of the page. Your renewal is not complete until you click the “Yes, I want to submit my renewal” button.
Once completed, a copy of your renewal will automatically be sent to the IDC office.

PLEASE NOTE:
Please Note: Ministers who have failed to submit a renewal online or postmarked by December 31st will be considered late. After the deadline of December 31st, credential renewals will require a $50 late fee, split equally between the District Council and General Council ($25 each). Late renewals will only be available through January 15, 2027. Following this, all lapsed ministers will be required to reinstate.
