The Illinois School of Ministry (ISOM) helped Pastor Jake Wesemann get the training he needed to pursue God’s calling on his life.
Our Story
The Illinois School of Ministry (ISOM) exists help those called to ministry complete their coursework toward credentials with the Assemblies of God. Since 2008, over 1,000 students have enrolled in coursework through ISOM.

Our Tracks
- Track 1 (Certified Minister) focuses on the foundations of our doctrine and helps you develop a firm understanding of the Assemblies of God history, mission, and message.
- Track 2 (Licensed Minister) goes deeper in biblical foundations of our mission and message as well as provide foundational keys for leadership roles in the church.
- Track 3 (Ordained Minister) prepares the student for the role and responsibilities of an Assemblies of God pastor.

Registration for classes must be finalized at least 30 days before the class. Students ages 16 or 17 are required to fill out a Liability Form.
