Youth Pastor
Church On The Rock is a relational, community-oriented church in Huntley, IL, about an hour west of Chicago. We are seeking a Full-Time Youth Pastor who is passionate about walking with students as they learn to follow Jesus in a real and lasting way. Our church values deep relationships, authentic faith, and creating space for people to encounter God.
This role will lead and shape our student ministry while also helping cultivate discipleship and connection through our small group ministry. We strive to live at the intersection of contemplative depth and charismatic openness, and we’re looking for someone who resonates with that vision and enjoys building meaningful relationships with students and families.
