Family Pastor — 1AG Church | Jerseyville, IL

1AG Church is a Spirit-filled congregation in Jerseyville, Illinois, and we’re looking for a passionate Family Pastor to join our team. This is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to shape the next generation and strengthen families in our community.

About the Role
The Family Pastor will provide vision and leadership for our children’s and youth ministries, overseeing programming, volunteers, and environments that help kids and teenagers encounter Jesus and grow in their faith. You’ll work closely with our senior pastor and leadership team to ensure family ministry is woven into the DNA of everything we do at 1AG.

What You’ll Do
Lead, develop, and oversee all children’s ministry programming (birth through 5th grade)
Lead, develop, and oversee youth ministry (6th–12th grade)
Recruit, train, and shepherd volunteers across both ministries
Partner with parents to support faith development in the home
Collaborate with the broader staff team on church-wide vision and initiatives

Position Details
This is a part-time position with excellent compensation commensurate with experience. As 1AG continues to grow, there is a clear pathway for this role to expand into a full-time position. We’re investing in the right person for the long haul.
