Ministry Opportunities

We are seeking a bi-vocational Lead Pastor who is biblically based and led by the Holy Spirit to join our church family in Burbank, IL. As the Lead Pastor, you will play a vital role in in-depth preaching of the Word of God, nurturing and guiding the spiritual growth of our congregation.

Responsibilities:
• Preaching directly from the inspired Word of God with the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
• Develop and implement church programs and events to foster spiritual growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our church families, providing guidance, support, and counseling when needed.
• Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to personal spiritual growth and ongoing learning.
• Oversee all church operations in partnership with our Church Board.

Qualifications:
• A deep and authentic personal faith in Jesus Christ.
• Must be licensed by the Assembly of God or willing to obtain the proper Assembly of God credentials within one year.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to connect with and inspire people of all ages.
