Lead Pastor
Belleville First Assembly of God is on the eastside of town, located in a residential area, with Scott Air Force base and MidAmerica St. Louis Airport nearby. Belleville, IL has over 41,000 people, but less than 20% of the people go to church on Sunday morning. We are a church in the Bible-believing Pentecostal tradition that wants to reach our neighbors with the love of Jesus Christ. Our beliefs are centered around wanting to go deeper in faith as we believe in the Assembly of God’s Statement of Fundamental Truths (https://ag.org/beliefs/statement-of-fundamental-truths).
Our worship is on Sunday morning at 10:00 AM and includes Children’s Church (the kids are dismissed before the sermon) and a nursery. On Wednesdays, we have adult Bible fellowship. We average 45+ on Sundays and 25 people on Wednesday nights. We are involved in the towns high school kids with basketball, Men’s ministry, Woman’s ministry, Wednesday night Service, Men’s Breakfast, Ladies coffee or tea get togethers 2nd & 4th Sat., and other activities throughout the year.
As a group of believers in Jesus Christ, we value being Spirit-Led, serving faithfully, loving people, sharing the Gospel, and centering our lives around worship of our GREAT GOD!
